Strong flavor due to the over 90 days of maturation but delicate at the same time as Sardinian tradition dictates, tasty but not salty.<\/p>\n<p>Semi-hard texture, very white tending towards straw yellow, naturally aromatic and free of holes, excellent as a starter, in cubes or at the end of a meal. Perfect to taste with structured white wines with good alcohol content or young red wines, with faint aromas, little tannic and medium soft.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<br \/>\nPasteurized goat&#8217;s milk, salt, goat rennet, ferments. Surface treated with colourants: E150d &#8211; E160b(ii) and preservative: E 235. Inedible rind.
