  • 320 g paccheri
  • 300 g pork sausage, peeled and crumbled
  • 200 g fresh or frozen porcini mushrooms

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 glass dry white wine
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley
  • Grated Parmigiano Reggiano (optional)

Preparation

  1. Fry the onion and garlic in EVO oil in a large pan.
  2. Add the crumbled sausage and brown until golden.
  3. Deglaze with the white wine and let it evaporate.
