Description
It is a salted product stuffed with selected pork meat, trimmed manually, seasoned by us at controlled temperature and humidity for at least 80 days. Characterized by the classic net packaging, it has a homogeneous dark red color with the characteristic infiltrations of white fat. All the ingredients used are free from substances from GMOs.
