bronze-drawn and slowly dried to preserve the taste and consistency.
A high-quality product, ideal for any type of seasoning.
Method & Cooking times:
Cook in plenty of salted water (1L per 100g of pasta) for 12/13 minutes.
Drain and season to taste.
