The Brace al rosmarino is a roast ham, culatello cut, whose preparation is enriched by the addition of rosemary, to the traditional ingredients with which it is seasoned. With a delicate connotation and aromatic scent, it is completely hand-worked and is cooked first by steam, then in the refractory ovens of the porchetta.
