Description
The Ariccia PGI porchetta and the Porchetta tronchetto are the main products of Dentico production. Both respect the PGI production specification, which dictates very precise rules on the production of these Ariccia specialties.
The process and the organoleptic characteristics are the same for both the whole porchetta and the Porchetta tronchetto. Starting with the raw materials: the meat must be from female pigs, registered in the Landrace, Large White, Pietrain breed herd books.
