Auricchio sweet provolone 3.5kg

The sweet version is made with calf rennet and its maturation varies between 2 and 3 months. It has a sweet milky flavor, very delicate and is excellent if accompanied by salt, pepper and oil, and if desired also by a mixture of aromatic herbs.
