The Greco grapes are harvested and vinified in purity towards the middle of September with a very delicate soft pressing and at a controlled temperature. This wine has a more or less intense straw yellow color, a fruity and floral aroma, a dry, balanced flavor. It pairs well with appetizers and delicate seafood first courses, white meats, grilled vegetables, pizza, mozzarella. Serving temperature: 9–10°C.
