Biscuits filled with hazelnut cream and cocoa
Baiocchi are made with two fragrant shortcrust pastry biscuits with an unmistakable shape that contain a soft filling that we prepare daily with 100% Italian hazelnuts and cocoa.
INGREDIENTS:
Biscuit: wheat flour 51.6%*, sugar, sunflower oil, fresh eggs, skimmed milk powder, fresh pasteurized milk, leavening agents (ammonium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, monopotassium tartrate), salt, wheat starch, flavoring. Hazelnut and cocoa cream 28%*: sugar, vegetable fats and oils (shea, sunflower), hazelnuts 7.1%*, cocoa 2.6%*, skimmed milk powder, wheat starch, flavoring*.
