Pecorino straw and hay 1.5kg

Pecorino with chalky texture aged for 8 months. The wheels are wrapped in spring hay from the hill pastures which enriches them with the typical aromas and scents of nature, which gives the pecorino a particular but not aggressive flavour.
INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized sheep’s milk, lactic ferments, rennet, salt
PAIRING: Ideal with honey or jams or dried fruit.
