Fresh Caciotta flavored with chilli pepper is a very fresh cheese made from thermised whole milk, with a soft rind like the dough, almost buttery, white in color and a very sweet flavour.
Produced with only cow’s milk, with the addition of rennet, natural lactic ferments and salt.
