Sardinian sweet pecorino cheese 2kg

Pecorino Sardo dolce DOP. Typical Sardinian soft table cheese, with a characteristic fresh and tasty flavour. The rind is smooth, straw yellow in colour, treated on the surface with a preservative that prevents the formation of mould; the paste is white and slightly eyed. The peculiarities of this cheese were ennobled by the attribution, in 1996, of the “Protected Designation of Origin”, which helped to safeguard its production technology, protect its original flavour and increase its diffusion on the markets.
