Oltre Mortadella di Cinghiale is produced with wild boar meat mixed in the right proportions with pork. It has an unmistakable taste and the expert addition of aromas such as coriander and mace, enhances the taste of mortadella which, once sliced, fully reveals its high quality. The mixture being made with healthy and lean meats has a limited fat content.
